I had to smile when I saw these posted messages. Once in awhile, and I mean once in awhile when I have any time, I like to call my fans. Most the time it is someone I meet or have talked with at a concert. I decided to call two or three the other night that had bought my records through the web. I never dreamed I would get such a reaction. Because of that I called two or three more. I had such a good time getting to know you guys by phone. Thanks for being such great fans. I hope to meet you all in person one day.

What a surprise to answer my cell phone at work and have Royal Wade Kimes on the other end! Not only are you a great artist but you're a true gentleman who appreciates his fans and knows how to show it. You've made a fan out of me for life.
And, yep, I just bought those 3 CD's from your store (I told you that call was going to cost me money) and there's a group of us diehard Minnesota cowboys and cowgirls trying to figure out how to fit your trail ride into our schedules this October. It looks like a blast and benefits such a great cause.

Wade, was back in Chester,AR last week visiting an old friend of mine Duane Adams.he lives right next to the merchantile there.we used to listen to ya on XM10 all the time and try to call in. He introduced me to your dad. Made me sad to think of Country Dan no longer being on.have you heard from him? Where is he now? Anyway, still love your work brother. Keepin on trucking.
